Article from Reuters about Ed McMahon

I used to watch “The Tonight Show”, so it’s kind of sad seeing Ed McMahon having to go through this, but it sounds like it’s predominately an issue of having his home listed for sale in a market where multi-million dollar properties aren’t moving too quickly.  The article does state that only an NOD has been filed, so a Notice of Trustee Sale would still need to be filed and an auction held before foreclosure proceedings would be complete.

Spokesman Howard Bragman did say McMahon and his wife Pamela “understand that they are in the same situation as hundreds of thousands of other hard-working Americans, and their hearts go out to them”.

No, Howard, the majority of the hundreds of thousands of hard working Americans in a similar situation don’t own multi-million dollar properties.
