Ups and Downs – how to keep track
Real estate markets are changing, obviously by location, but also by what happens in the greater world, which is the U.S. economy as a whole. That’s not to minimize Europe or Asia, because they do have an impact, but U.S. financial policy has a much greater, direct impact on how housing markets move in the United States.
One of the blogs I follow with great regularity, is Calculated Risk
There’s a bias towards economic fundamentals, but there’s a huge amount of information to be absorbed and thought about. As always, your own interests may be different from what is provided, but it really is a blog that everyone should be reading, IMO.
