The Happiness Index

MainStreet.com has a little feature called the Happiness Index which uses some different measures to determine the overall happiness in each state. You have to scroll down the page a bit to find the state list, but it is rather interesting to view which states are doing well, and which aren’t.

Not too surprisingly, California, Nevada, Arizona and Florida are all towards the bottom of the list which means there’s probably some correlation between bubbles bursting and overall happiness.
