Foreclosure

Hi! Me and my husband filed bankro (ch.13-in TX) back in Feb. Due to the INCREASE in payments for the bankro plus the mort note that got us into trouble to begin with. We again got behind. Now we are expected to pay another $1000 extra a month for 6mos to get that caught up (back pay and mort. lawyer fees). There is NO WAY! If you file bankro cause your payment got you into trouble, how can you pay double!

So our question is this...what now?? We can try to sale it again, which we did before when it was in foreclosure, but the mort. co would not work with the buyers we had, who were buying it at the payoff price.

If we can't sale, then what?? We filed bankro cause we were told that if you foreclose you will never own a house again. Exactly what is done to you credit, and just as a whole when a foreclosure happens. In the future,is a loss in income looked upon and taken i consideration as reasoning for fallin behind?? Im fixing to finish school myself at years end. When our income is doubled, does this mean still I will never be in a house again and we have totally screwed up our lives??
