Again, I apologize if I seemed snappy. My question about a car loan did upset me the way you responded. I DO have a car note, I can't help that is there. But like I stated we always try to get lower than where we are in payments. I wasn't asking so that when I walked away from my house if I could go get approved for a $500/mo car NEW car loan. We had a deal for a lower note a few months ago and was told to come back after we were through with bankro, so was just wondering what were effects of foreclosure as like I said, we are always looking for lowering the car note to help elsewhere.
