Each mortgagee has different criteria for short sale consideration, and your application must be complete, compelling, and time sensitive.

I help Sellers and their Realtors across the state of NJ with their preforeclosure, short sale listings. I act as a liaison between you (Seller), the Realtor, and the foreclosing mortgagee(s).
