Thanks for you inputs. I understand that even though there was a bonafide purchase, I may not get my home back, but that the Lender should be held responsible for equitable damages as well and pain/suffering associated with the wrongful foreclosure. THe main problen I have is that many attorneysi n my county are m=not familiar with post-foreclosure issues as well as many are afraid to assist me with the unlawful detainer because they work with the investor. I pray someone will know someone else who is willing to help me. I have tons of documents showing step by step how the Lender was working with me but their error forced me to lose my home.
