Susan and Vikki, I truly sympathize with both of you and guess what? I am currently going through the same things you are. They are driving me absolutely nuts! I am presently working on getting all my paperwork together to take these idiots to court. I'm not sure how it is going to work out, but I am trying to avoid foreclosure or even the other (4) options they are offering me. I think they are really messing up and now trying to cover their tracks. I only have one question for you - Have they ever used the term "suspense account" with you? This is where I have been sending over a years worth of payments to and now they say they have never heard of such a thing. And the rep I spoke with who advised me to send it to the suspense account no longer works for EMC. Could you please respond and give me some advise. I would really appreciate it! Thanks!
