I just responded to another post regarding short sales and the unlikelihood of a lender taking one if you're not yet behind on payments, but that's an option depending on the lender and how bogged down they are with foreclosures -
Don't just give up; call a couple investors, look a little on the 'net, and see what you can find. There are options!
