foreclosure in ohio

we are in a chapter 13...during the 26 months we've owned our house...we had about 18 months of layoff...finances are better now...but we had one agreement with the loan company to repay the back amount..which we did default on..due to a layoff. now the attorney for the loan comapny asked for and was granted a order for relief of stay. our attorney seems to not care and her answer is the courts or mortgage companies dont care about layoffs...etc. foreclosure will probably start soon...a couple companies said they can 100% guarentee they can stop the foreclosure by putting the owed amount..about $8000 at the end of the loan...but our attorney says this is a scam. can someone in ohio help refinance us..or just plain help??? thanks
