Jim,
We are in a similar situation. We can short sell our house but neither I nor dh or our attorney can reach anyone at Fairbanks to discuss it. We went C7 back in May. You wait long distance for hours then no one can help us. Then if we reach someone and try to call back, the extention number is wrong or they have never heard of such a person. We are waiting any day now for the sheriffs sale notice.

: i am in a sheriffs sale. the mortgage company fairbanks and or conti mortgage will not talk to me. my lawyers are not helping.We had to go to the court house to file a request to get our chapter 13 case dismissed or discharged before specialty funding corp. will help us????
