You will need to check with, and be up to speed on FL statutes. Some states allow for things like a recission period. For instance California has a 5 day recission period. So in that state I would not buy from the owner in the 5 day window before the auction. Also there may be other laws in FL that limit what can be done, such as CC 1695.13 and 1695.14 in California. Go to your REImeeting and talk to people that by pre-foreclosure, they will know state law.
