Perhaps, if the winning bid is in excess of the amount due including costs of sale. If the winning bid exceeds the judgment amount, then you would have to petition the court or entity presiding over the sale for a refund. Of course, foreclosure laws and customs vary from state to state, and even county to county.
A phone call to the entity that is conducting the sale should get you the exact answer you need.
