In my situation (Florida) I sold my house and I am *still* being sued for the attorney fees. Greentree was the mortgage holder and they fough tooth and nail to try to prevent me form selling my house in a timely manner to avoid foreclosure.

We can never escape this type of crap - we can only become as much of a financial burden as possible =)

No, I am not disgruntled.
