Posted by heather on November 15, 2003 at 09:52:58:we have given up our home. does anyone know where i could find out how long we will have to be out after sheriffs sale on 12-3-2003? greentrees lawyer said at least three weeks , or longer depending on what greentree said.i just want to hurry and get moved if were not going to be able to saty during christmas . i dont want to have to put my kids through having to move during christmas.is there a law that says how much time we have or is it at their discretion?
