Need info

My sister has told me that she is $3800.00 behind on her mortgage (A little over 4 months) she said they are going to foreclose. I do not have the resources to help her out. She says she is supposed to call and find out what the "reinstatement" amount is and then they can "roll the rest" into her mortgage? At this point in time, she has NO MONEY. She makes a good salary (about $60,000/yr) but has mis managed her funds for a long time. But I feel she could handle the payments once she gets back to current. What is a reinstatement amount and what is the process if she can't come up with the whole amount by the due date? (in general)
