AFTER THE SHERRIFs SALE CAN GREENTREE GET A JUDGEMENT FOR ANY LOSS?ALSO WE HAVE 12000 WORTH OF LAND GOING WITH THIS HOUSE , THE HOUSE WONT SELL AT AUCTION,SO IF THEY LIST WITH A REAL ESTATE AGENT AND SELL FOR MORE THAN THE PAYOFF WHAT HAPPENS TO THE EXCESS MONEY???
