It can take up to 30 days after the sale depending on the number of upset bids, or the processing time of the court and the Attorneys offcie after the sale has occurred. And once you are served with the notice to vacate your notice will clearly indicate the number of days you have to remove your things from the premises. You may also be able to postpone the foreclosure sale under some circumstances which would allow you an opportunity to get back on your feet. I strongly advise you to search the web for options to stop foreclosure, beware of the companies that charge more than a couple hundred dollars and preferable I suggest you choose a non-profit organization for assisitance. email me if you need a phone number
