No, the market did not change during the six months -- in fact, prices continued to decline. I'm saying that 30 days is not enough time in a very bad market (Dallas and Austin TX, San Jose CA). Rather than panicking and bailing out quickly at a huge loss, be patient and make gradual price reductions as required.Go for flexible financing to enlarge the pool of potential buyers.
There is no such thing as a "market truth". Sometimes there is no real market at all and the dysfunctional system just fails. I was lucky as well as persistent; the low end of the market here is not completely dead.
