: I wanted to tell everyone about how Karen Lysik at Reinstate assisted my in resolving my issue when Washington Mutual was foreclosing on my home.
: I had rec'd letter after letter from Washington Mutual letting me know that they were going to foreclose on my home. It seemed as though every other day the post man was bring me a certified letter from Washington Mutual.
: I thought it was hopeless. I was originally in a special forbearance with Homeside lending for 1 1/2 years but when Washington Mutual took over they removed me from that plan and started foreclosure proceedings. I wasn't looking forward to trying to get back on a special forebearance because the previous one took me until days before the sale date and the monthly payments were so high that monthly I had to debate on what other bills would not get paid so that I could pay my mortgage payment plus the additional amount they wanted on a monthly basis.
: With no free cash and a foreclosure looming I rec'd an email from Karen Lysik offering to assist me in saving my home.
: Although I didnt have the money needed to pay her fees, she waived them becuase of my circumstances and provided her skills for free. Karen Lysik did all of the work, made all of the calls and set up all of the details as though I was a paying client. She treated me respect and i never felt assamed around her. She was and still is a class act.
: As a result of Karen Lysik's had work my home has been saved, the over $13,000.00 in the rears were moved to the end of my mortgage and my montly payments are only $8.00 more than my original mortgage note. I am now able to pay all of my bills on time and provide the neccessaties my children need on a daily basis. This will be a fantastic Hannukah. Thank you Karen Lysik
