Texas owner financed foreclosure +options

I am the seller of a business in Texas, 4 yrs. ago. on which I carried the note through a deed of trust and promissary note. Foreclosure seems inevitable and I wouldn't know where to start> Of course should I do this, I would want the business to come back to me, not interested in auction sale. Is this possible? What type of attorney is required and how would I proceed? Buyer has turned out to be really lousy, even though he has considerable invested after 4 years. My question=are owner financed foreclosures handled differently? Thanks for any information..
