2nd mortage forclosure, Florida

I live in the state of Florida and I was wondering if a junior lein holder (2nd Mortgage) can forclose on property and gain ownership of the title if there is a senior lein holder (1st mortgage) and a 3rd lein holder on the property. Also the property loan was secured by VA.
