I assume the place is at least worth the original purchase price "as-is". There is no damage to the unit. It is a two bedroom two bath loft style with maple hardwood floors throughout the foyer and living room/dining room, has a see through fireplacesperating the living room from the dining room, 42" maple cabinets, black appliances, dual bowl vanity in the master bath, etc. The unit is impeccible- just no buyers
: The mortgagee might consider accepting a DIL, but not until you've demonstrated that you've exhausted all other means possible... including a short sale.
: You don't mention what the place is worth in it's as-is condition.
: If you would like help with a negotiated short sale, email me.
