Bankruptcy/Foreclosure

We filed Chapter 13 last year. We have fallen behind on our mortgage payments and the mortgage company is going to lift our stay on Monday. Is there anything we can do? If they foreclose and don't sell the house for the amount we owe, are we responsible for the remaining debt? Any information will be helpful.
