What is your BK attorney saying? Why didn't your attorney file an amendment to put the new arearages on the plan?

Give us more information. What are the grounds for the Relief from Stay? Have you filed an opposition to the Motion for Relief?

Were you in foreclosure when you filed the BK 13? If yes, how far along were you?

: We filed Chapter 13 last year. We have fallen behind on our mortgage payments and the mortgage company is going to lift our stay on Monday. Is there anything we can do? If they foreclose and don't sell the house for the amount we owe, are we responsible for the remaining debt? Any information will be helpful.
