I'm not a lawyer, and you should consult with one, but it seems the lien holder would probably a case for defective foreclosure.
: I have found out that a junior mortgage was not properly notified of an upcoming sheriff sale in PA. Does that mean that the winning bidder would be responsible for the junior mortgage?
