Ameriquest False Documents and Foreclosure

I had a bad year,I am 2 months behind on my payments and my lender is threatening foreclosure. Tonight I told them I have false documents in my possesion that they created to get me the loan ( They altered the debt amount on my credit report and padded my income among other things) I told them I have no issue with turning these documents over to the SEC. She got very excited and told me to hold while she got a supervisor. After 10 minutes of waiting I hung up and have yet to hear anything. I have no idea what to do.
