I took Ward's 3-day training in August. He is very knowledgable on the foreclosure process. Ward has more focus on buying at auction in his training and forms. (Excellent title searching training at the courthouse.) While he does have a segment on pre-foreclosures with good info, there is no "system" (i.e. for computer software and day-to-day business format, you are on your own.)

Most importantly, Ward is sincere and honest, and he is very generous with his time both during the 3-day instruction and after. The training is a very good overview of the business. As with any info, the cost can be minimal if you successfully apply it.
