She got very excited and told me to hold while she got a supervisor. After 10 minutes of waiting I hung up and have yet to hear anything. I have no idea what to do.

I also have ameriquest...I can't believe they are allowed to practice. It's like making a deal with the devil. They won't give me the time of day. You need to be VERY careful with them.
