Forget it and Focus! Save your house, if you can, sell it, if you can't. Get another telephone number. You won't be able to attract an attorney on contingency because you have no damages yet. I'm guessing that Ameriquest originated a recent loan or refi for you, so, you may not have much equity. Your credit is a valuable asset, don't become emotionally attached to your house: look at the LTV ratio, realistically. Avoid the foreclosure sale at all costs. Ameriquest doesn't know you or care who you are; so it's a waste of energy to get emotional about them. Don't make the mistake of letting your anger and retaliation feelings mask your depression/ frustration about the financial reality. You don't have time to emote. Don't let the payments get farther behind if you can help it or really want to save your house. Don't delude yourself. You have a bunch of personal issues: family/work/social/self-esteem/wife/kids/friends/drugs/health...to work through, now, or to confront very soon. Make a decision: make a plan and stick with it. If you can't get money from friends and family...you may not have enough equity to make it worth your while or theirs. Don't throw good money after bad. Establish where you are, now! Make out a cash flow budget for yourself. If you can't keep the house long term, get on to the next option: list it for cost plus commission with the realator who sells the most in your neighborhood. Forget about the false documents-you won't get anywhere with that- I guarantee it! The biggest problems you will be facing, are your own self-deception, procrastination, and depression. The sooner you can think positively and realistically, the better off you will be. Foreclosures have a hugh mental cost which will deepen any financial losses: try to avoid them. "Don't let your enemies know what you're thinking"...yeah, that's good advise but not for you. You may be your own worst enemy...avoid this...(Another related strategy is "don't burn bridges, though I doubt that ameriq will do much for you...) If you're already spending the partial mortgage money..fine..just move on quickly...Time is not on your side. If you catch on to what I'm saying soon enough, you will save yourself tons of headaches, tens of thousands of dollars (in lost opportunity costs, at least), and add years to your life expectancy. I know what I'm talking about...It's all up to you...
