: Never get in the gutter just because others choose to go there. Your issues with your ex should not blind you to being a better person if for no other reason, then to show your children how to rise above the pigs in life.
: I speak from experience. I have three kids and their father, my husband, not only bailed on us, but he frauded us out of our home. I don't need to remind the kids what a piece of garbage he is, they know. Be a better person so your kids have at least one parent to be proud of.
: Have you consulted a BK attorney? That is one option.: Also contact NCRC for a refinance. They are a non-profit national organization that does refinance at low interest and no costs. Because you are a single mom without support, they probably will help you.
You can find a bankrupt attorney who charges nothingdown on a chapter 13 most of the time. ( They specialize in Bankruptcies) They can work out a plan by lowering your payments that are more managable andmaybe you can have the septic tank fixed. You may be able to have simeone to take a pick and shovel and go to the spot where the water comes out of the tank and see if it is free there. If it has some old fungi and wont let the water out take a hoe handle and work it around to loosen it up. This could save you thousands of dollars in a new drainfield. If it is free there and you need a drainfield simply cut into the line where it comes from the house and dig a small ditch with the pick and shovel and attach a 4 inch drain (flexible) hoes to the part where you cut in and be sure to put a tee there where it can be taken back offlater. Run that thing down into the field about 100 feet from the house it will work for a few months. Thewater from all the washing machine loads will dilute itand you should never smell it.Make sure it runs out into weeds where the neighbors won't see it.
