Timeshare foreclosure
Posted by VIcki on November 04, 2004 at 22:58:17:I need help. I can't afford the payments and the maitenance fees on my timeshare in Orlando, Fl. I live in CA. I want to know if I will be sued if I let the property foreclose. I have been trying to sell it but nothing is happening. I don't know what to do. Please help..
