REDWOOD TRUST...ANYONE? MIKE?

Still waiting on a response to REDWOOD TRUST!

Mike, I have several questions.
Why can't an applicant send their application via US Postal Service. They have a priority overnight and regardless if the documents are not overnighted but they get there in 2 or 5 days, why is the application sent back return to sender?

Would you not think that raises a serious red flag by not doing business through the US post office?

Also, in a search of the Better Business Bureau in upstate NY. Why hasn't anyone from Redwood Trust responded to the various complaints?

If the grants being used are from funds via US Aid, Mercy Corps etc...why would you charge a 5K fee if the money your received is free as long as it is used for a humanitarian effort?
