Both process Texas foreclosures.
If their services don't work for you, post back and I'll see if I can find something different for you.

Bottom line is that you don't want to do a foreclosure personally, there are too many pitfalls. You hire someone who can cleanly either get your money, or get your security back.

: We have owner financed a home in Texas with $5,000 down.The new owners are 4 mos. behind in pmts and are behind pro-rated prop. taxes for nine mos. in 2004 and two mos. in 2005. Need some advice on proceedures. Have sent two diff.30 day default letters.
