Post-sheriff sales

I hope someone can help. I have a woman who is approx 1 1/2 months into her redemption period. She wants to just get out of the house. I had her sign a P.A. & I want to do a "Quit Claim Deed" over to my name.
Now, would she still have ties to that house or mortgage? Or can she just leave me the house?
