Sorry to hear that.

Around 3 weeks the earliest. New owner needs to send
you written notice, then waits 3 days to file eviction
suit, which takes 2-3 weeks to process.

Then on eviction day, new owner will show up w/ a
constable to move your belongings out on the curb.

On the other hand, owner may want to avoid such
hassles to offer you some cash to move out early.
