State of Illinois: Situation: If the homeowners are deceased and the siblings can't financially pay the mortgage.........
1. How many mortgage payments are allowed to be missed before the mortgage company will start foreclosure proceedings?
2. Once foreclosure proceedings begin, how much time is given to the occupants to vacate the premises?
