Wells Fargo won't answer short sale

We are trying to sell our home in Illinois, and have an offer on the home, but it is for about $14K less than what we owe on it (We have a $19,000 2nd mortgage with Kinecta Federal CU). This is NOT including realtor/taxes and other selling fees. We started the shortsale process with Wells Fargo in November of 2004...and now here the end of april 2005 we still don't have an answer. Our buyers need to close April 30th, and that closing date was already pushed back one month because WF wouldn't answer us. The home was discharged in a chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2003, the first mortgage was not reaffirmed, the second was (a mixup on the part of our attorney). Anyway, what can I do to get an answer out of WF quickly??? We just have a few days before the closing.
