Hank, there should have been a notice of the foreclosure posted in an area on your property. At least they are suppose to post it according to Michigan foreclosure law. IF they did not then consult an attorney that specializes in foreclosures.

I am not sure if this was the info you where looking for. If not then please ask specific questions so people can answer them.
