If the auction was not delayed and the auction took place, then you are likely in the redemption phase. It looks like Wyoming permits a three(3) month period after auction where you may redeem (buy back) the property. It gives you one last ditch effort to raise the capital necessary to stay in your home.

So long as you continue to occupy the home you will probably be secure until the redemption period expires and the new ownder (the lender or the high bidder at auction) will wish to take possession.

: my home has gone to foreclourse was uo for auction on 4-1-05 have not heard anything about it so what happens now? i can no longer contuine to pay for it.i just want it to go back to the lender. will i be notified if it was sold at auction. my state is wyo.
