Wow! Presumably, you are talking about a first mortgage lender, right? I'd certainly be interested in learning some of the details... Who is the Lender, and what type of mortgage loan do you have? How did you convince your lender to accept a DIL? Do you owe more than it's worth? Has it been on the market long? Why wouldn't it sell? Do you have their terms/conditions in writing?
