Sorry, i have not been to this site before, and i dont know how it works, i had my house on the market for 6 months, it is a first time mortgage,me and my husband had some financial troubles, and he left, and my income was not enough to pay the mortgage, my name was the only one on the loan. They are sending my the paperwork i have to sign.
