thank youbut our stuff would not end up on the curbsince i have read the MN state laws on thisand even once we get the notice we do have 24 hours from the time we are served the papers

just thought maybe someone here has been through it

have already tried to email you asking for info since you are from MN and never got any answers from you in the last 3 month on anything

so from what i have found online from the MN laws concering this we will first get a letter of intentwhich we did get thatthen you get the court summons telling you the date of the hearing and that we have yet to getthen once the judge hears the case and sets a date you get 24 hours from that time to vacate the property

again i was just asking to see if anyone here has been through the process
