As a clarification I haven't been active on this list for three months. The only message you sent me was dated April 16th which is two weeks ago. I was just going on vacation so I didn't see your question right away. Unfortunately I didn't have an immediate answer for you. Was still looking into it. Remember that this is a discussion group of volunteers. Many of us are not here every day.

That said, seems you have a handle on the process. Appreciate you trying to find someone who has gone through a specific part of the process. Problem is that this is still a national list and the chances of someone from our state going through a particular portion of the process can sometimes be rare. I have been in the field for sometime and have never had to deal with any form of eviction. Close, but the folks were always gone just before we needed to get the papers.

My point was and continues to be that legal type information should ultimately come from a trained real estate attorney. I read the statutes as well, but I don't always read them correctly. That's why I am a little reluctant on giving anything that would seem to be legal advise.

My understanding is that if a sheriff deputy shows up at the door with any form of eviction notice it will explain clearly when you have to be out. And if you are not out by that time, the curb is where the stuff will go.
