well again thank you for your views on it
must be something messed up with my emails
since i sent more than just the one
and even if the officer shows up
you do indeed have 24 hours
so no the curb is not where our proerty would end up
only the things that are left here after that time
i am fully aware that people are not here daily
and that this is national
and actually the chances of someone else going through something similar is pretty good since if you look back and see many others from the same state posting

504B.365 Execution of the writ of recovery of premises
and order to vacate.
Subdivision 1. General. (a) The officer who holds
the order to vacate shall execute it by demanding that the
defendant, if found in the county, any adult member of the
defendant's family who is occupying the premises, or any other
person in charge, relinquish possession and leave, taking family
and all personal property from the premises within 24 hours.
