But you have what is known as a slandered title. Probably a Quiet Title action will need to be filed.
Get a competant attorney.
: our farm in idaho was foreclosed on and sold. i later noticed that on all the foreclosure papers, the physical address of the farm was wrong. the address belonged to our home which is a seperate tax property and not included in the foreclosure of the farm. the farm also had different owners than our house.
