foreclosure in PA

I am currently looking for a new home. I have found one and am not sure if I can afford 2 house payments. On my home now I have 2 mortgages. I was thinkink about just letting it go to foreclosure. Will this erase my second mortgage also. And will it affect me getting a loan for a car in the future.
