If seems unlikely that a foreclosure could have taken
place in the last couple of months without you having
be notified by the trustee. Also there would be a bunch
of mail from investors. Start by finding out who currently
owns the property. Try to get a strait answer from the
people to whom you are paying rent. If you can not get a
good answer, ask for help at the recorder's office, to
see if there was a recent transfer of the property.
