Deed in Lieu on a mobile home?

A few years ago I had trouble makng monthly pymts on my mobile home. A Greenpoint rep told me about deed in lieu. I was able to resume payments sporadically, and now my husband is sick and cant work. Greenpoint sold off to Greentree. Is any familiar with deed in Lieu for a mobile home?
