It would be easy to say that the auction in a redeption
state is a non-event. However this is not always the
case. I do occasionally buy at auction (75 day ROR period)
and get properties. To work in a redeption state you
really need to divorce your mind from the finallity and
honesty of the auction. You need to replace this with
various algorithms that fall into the whishy-washy and
sleazy departments. Talk to the other "biders" at auction
and see what works well in your area.
